Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 7 days of purchase
  • Defective items under manufacturer warranty
  • Items delivered in error or damaged during delivery

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened paint cans or mixed custom colours
  • Cut-to-length lumber, piping, or other custom-cut materials
  • Special-order or non-stock items
  • Items without proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Items returned more than 7 days after purchase

How to Return

  • Bring the item and your receipt to our store during business hours
  • If the item was delivered, call us at (876) 678-7975 to arrange a pickup
  • Our team will inspect the item and process your return

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed in the same form as the original payment
  • Cash payments are refunded in cash
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
  • Refunds for defective items include the original delivery fee

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value
  • If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference
  • If the replacement costs less, we issue a partial refund
  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns
