Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
What Can Be Returned
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 7 days of purchase
- Defective items under manufacturer warranty
- Items delivered in error or damaged during delivery
What Cannot Be Returned
- Opened paint cans or mixed custom colours
- Cut-to-length lumber, piping, or other custom-cut materials
- Special-order or non-stock items
- Items without proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Items returned more than 7 days after purchase
How to Return
- Bring the item and your receipt to our store during business hours
- If the item was delivered, call us at (876) 678-7975 to arrange a pickup
- Our team will inspect the item and process your return
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed in the same form as the original payment
- Cash payments are refunded in cash
- Delivery fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
- Refunds for defective items include the original delivery fee
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value
- If the replacement costs more, you pay the difference
- If the replacement costs less, we issue a partial refund
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns
