Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Damian Hardware's products and services. Please read them carefully.

General

  • These terms apply to all purchases and services provided by Damian Hardware.
  • By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) and include General Consumption Tax (GCT) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
  • We accept cash and Lynk on pickup. Delivery orders must be paid before dispatch.
  • In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Stock

  • An order is only confirmed once we have verified stock and communicated the total to you.
  • We make every effort to keep stock accurate, but occasional discrepancies may occur.
  • If an item is out of stock after order confirmation, we will offer a substitute, a backorder, or a full refund.

Delivery

  • Delivery is available within our service area (~10 mile radius from Long Bay).
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
  • Opened paint, cut lumber, and special-order items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds are processed in the same form as the original payment.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Limitation of Liability

  • Damian Hardware's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Product recommendations are given in good faith but do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for assessing suitability for your project.
